In the 6th minute José Paulo da Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilmar Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 10 played minutes Magoo BR got a freekick which was hit by Robinho Quintal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bixintxo Arbieto in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edinho Santana saved Magoo BR from getting behind. The supporters of Qijua F.C booed when Magoo BR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robinho Quintal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nuno Fernandez hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. When Manuel Salles came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Qijua F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Salles couldn't finish the play. Nilmar Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo da Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bixintxo Arbieto got free with Edinho Santana in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Qijua F.C's Bixintxo Arbieto in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Magoo BR's goalie prevented a goal. After 31 minutes of play, Magoo BR's Reynaldo da Silveira made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nilmar Brasil was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Laerte de Castro got free with Edinho Santana in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the match, Magoo BR's goalkeeper Edinho Santana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laerte de Castro. After having played for 39 minutes, José Paulo da Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Magoo BR's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Paulo da Rocha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reynaldo da Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Magoo BR's Ale Roos was substituted for Robinho Quintal. The Qijua F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Magoo BR were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reynaldo da Silveira made a kick off. Leandro Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nilmar Brasil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reynaldo da Silveira's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Mala Riaño hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Laerte de Castro hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Ale Roos kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Ale Roos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 67 played minutes Magoo BR got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Peralta. In the 68th minute Bixintxo Arbieto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute of the match Qijua F.C got a corner. Magoo BR's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Manuel Salles ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Manuel Salles almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Magoo BR's Edinho Santana did a great save. José Paulo da Rocha's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Nilmar Brasil skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 75th match minute, Magoo BR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Peralta to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Laerte de Castro made a precise shot to the right of Edinho Santana. Magoo BR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Magoo BR's Reynaldo da Silveira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nilmar Brasil. That made the score 2-2 after 96 minutes of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
