Gilberto Dionísio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laerte de Castro in the 3rd minute of play. Gilberto Dionísio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bixintxo Arbieto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bixintxo Arbieto in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilberto Dionísio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bixintxo Arbieto struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Gilberto Dionísio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Qijua F.C. Donzel Abasalo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Heitor Ferreira's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. The supporters of HeBr United booed when Qijua F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laerte de Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bixintxo Arbieto in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilberto Dionísio saved HeBr United from getting behind. After 25 played minutes HeBr United got a freekick which was hit by Cato Haglund. Gilberto Dionísio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bixintxo Arbieto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Machado in the 33rd minute of play forced HeBr United's goalkeeper Gilberto Dionísio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Manuel Salles got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gilberto Dionísio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Cato Haglund hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Gualter Romero hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bixintxo Arbieto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gilberto Dionísio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bixintxo Arbieto in the 52nd minute. A collision led to Qijua F.C getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Leandro Machado hit a great ball. Gualter Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Qijua F.C's Jacinto Ortiz got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 73rd minute Jacinto Ortiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Dionísio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bixintxo Arbieto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Gilberto Dionísio made a huge save. Heitor Ferreira struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Donzel Abasalo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HeBr United. 83 minutes into the match, Qijua F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Cristoffer Rodríguez came free, but Donzel Abasalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Qijua F.C's Donzel Abasalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heitor Ferreira in the 86th minute of play. Bixintxo Arbieto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Dionísio having to interfere. Bixintxo Arbietos short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Gilberto Dionísio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Qijua F.C's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
