The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Saadettin Hatim made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Bixintxo Arbieto sent off a good shot on target. In the 8th minute Hamílton Secco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saadettin Hatim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saadettin Hatim stood somewhat misplaced when Bixintxo Arbieto came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 10 minute. In the 12th minute, Rune Olofsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donzel Abasalo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Laerte de Castro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Saadettin Hatim firmly grabbed it by the left post. Leões do Sul 53's Saadettin Hatim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bixintxo Arbieto in the 16th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Bixintxo Arbieto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saadettin Hatim was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Donzel Abasalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Barea in the 20th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rune Olofsson in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donzel Abasalo saved Qijua F.C from getting behind. Donzel Abasalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rune Olofsson in the 26th minute of play. Leandro Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Qijua F.C's Bixintxo Arbieto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saadettin Hatim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Qijua F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Rony Rüşti came free, but Donzel Abasalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rune Olofsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 42 minutes into the game, Qijua F.C's Leandro Machado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Saadettin Hatim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Donzel Abasalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rony Rüşti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bixintxo Arbieto made a kick off. With his leg Donzel Abasalo managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when Leões do Sul 53's Rune Olofsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rony Rüşti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rune Olofsson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Donzel Abasalo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 57th minute, Qijua F.C's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rune Olofsson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Bixintxo Arbieto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saadettin Hatim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laerte de Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The corner ended in Leandro Machado almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Leões do Sul 53's Saadettin Hatim did a great save. After a rather tough play, Leões do Sul 53's Rene Barea got a free kick in the 64th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bixintxo Arbieto in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saadettin Hatim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Donzel Abasalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Olofsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, Leões do Sul 53's goal looked a bit too open when Bixintxo Arbieto came free, but Saadettin Hatim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristóvão Heidemann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donzel Abasalo made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Kraig Sandoval sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Qijua F.C's Donzel Abasalo got control of the ball when Rune Olofsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bixintxo Arbieto in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saadettin Hatim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Qijua F.C fans cheered their team off the field, for while Leões do Sul 53 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
