Cauã Tande made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Benjamim Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bato Gol in the 8th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Hernani Diniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamim Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Locomia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Long Zheng was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Luiz Fernando de Toledo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cauã Tande was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Long Zheng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Locomia's Long Zheng fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Fernandão Lopes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Cauã Tande made a huge save. In the 32nd minute Hernani Diniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamim Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hernani Diniz hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, WAU team's Luiz Fernando de Toledo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Cauã Tande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Prado in the 45th minute of play. The supporters of WAU team booed when Locomia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Long Zheng didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernandão Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luiz Fernando de Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
Cauã Tande came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by WAU team's Luiz Fernando de Toledo. But to his dismay, Luiz Fernando de Toledo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After 59 played minutes Locomia got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Piacentini. Locomia's Cauã Tande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Paiva in the 63rd minute of play. Cauã Tande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fernando de Toledo in the 70th minute of play. After 73 minutes of play, WAU team's Paulo Paiva made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cauã Tande was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hernani Diniz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Benjamim Nunes made a huge save. Alvaro Piacentini kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Paulo Paiva managed to get in a good position for a shot. WAU team's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Paiva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cauã Tande breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 80 minutes of play, WAU team's Fernandão Lopes made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cauã Tande was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 82nd minute, Long Zheng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cauã Tande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandão Lopes, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 95th minute Luiz Fernando de Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauã Tande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. WAU team's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
