Mike Mura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 6 minutes into the match, Sailor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Paiva came free, but Mike Mura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valdir Nunes hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 13 minutes into the game, Luiz Fernando de Toledo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Mike Mura was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Tiaguinho Lago fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sailor FC's protests and gave Tiaguinho Lago a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th minute, Luiz Fernando de Toledo made a precise shot to the right of Mike Mura. Sailor FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Luiz Fernando de Toledo might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mike Mura. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luiz Fernando de Toledo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th minute Paulo Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mike Mura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute Guilherme Ferraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamim Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Fernando de Toledo got free with Mike Mura in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sailor FC's defense could not quite keep up when Fernandão Lopes in the 35th minute got ready and shot a well placed long shot on target. It was only the outstanding action taken by the goalkeeper Mike Mura that stopped the ball from going in by the upper left corner. In the 44th minute Guilherme Ferraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamim Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Luiz Fernando de Toledo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mike Mura was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luiz Fernando de Toledo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, WAU team's Fernandão Lopes made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mike Mura was left in no man's land by his defense there! 57 minutes into the match, Sailor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diamantino Freitas came free, but Mike Mura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernandão Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Paulo Paiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes in the game Jeferson Saraiva did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Elivélton Lopez. In the 71st minute, Valdir Nunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Sailor FC's zone, Fernandão Lopes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mike Mura came out of the goal and Fernandão Lopes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valdir Nunes charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valdir Nunes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute, Valdir Nunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute, Abel Prado sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Sailor FC's Mike Mura didn't even have to move. Fernandão Lopes took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mike Mura. Mike Mura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. A collision led to Sailor FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Sailor FC's Mike Mura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fernando de Toledo in the 88th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Sailor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fernando de Toledo came free, but Mike Mura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, WAU team's goalkeeper Benjamim Nunes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tiaguinho Lago. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. WAU team had played much better football throughout.
