Ronaldo Nóbrega made in the 53rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by INTER FC's Kléber do Valle. Leon Kosmatka came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Jucuitiba's Luiz Guilherme Romero. But to his dismay, Luiz Guilherme Romero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Doriva Figueiredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emerson Cruz in the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, INTER FC's goalkeeper Leon Kosmatka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredão Gomes. Rafael Veiga charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
