The supporters of Teresópolis F.C booed when Cercadinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinei Pirani didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 minutes, Abdulkadir Turay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cercadinho and the Teresópolis F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th minute, José Paulo Mello ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Velcho Rolanski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Claudinei Pirani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Velcho Rolanski made a huge save. The Cercadinho players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
