Spectators: 7710 (Terracing: 5784, Seating: 1773, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tage Backlund kicked off to start the match. Xiboquinha FC's Rony Zanette played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Paulo Mello in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Claudinei Pirani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 9th minute José Paulo Mello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rony Zanette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, José Paulo Mello cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Rony Zanette was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rogério Ceni came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Xiboquinha FC's Guto Tasso. But to his dismay, Guto Tasso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. José Paulo Mello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute Jacob Preuss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogério Ceni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, José Paulo Mello cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Rony Zanette was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rony Zanette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Paulo Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rogério Ceni made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Tage Backlund sent off a good shot on target. He Fei Zhou hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. A throw-in in the 41st minute of the game was made by Dito Tasso with Walmyr Félix as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Rony Zanette showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Paulo Mello, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the last second Rony Zanette throw himself and got hold of the ball when José Paulo Mello in the 52ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers José Paulo Mello in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rony Zanette saved Xiboquinha FC from getting behind. Rony Zanette stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Paulo Mello's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. If José Paulo Mello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 64 minutes into the match, Cercadinho's José Paulo Mello sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rony Zanette narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dito Tasso hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the game, Jacob Preuss was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Xiboquinha FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cercadinho the free kick. Jacob Preuss kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th match minute, Xiboquinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacob Preuss to maneuver through the defense. Cercadinho's Rogério Ceni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guto Tasso in the 78th minute of play. Valiente Venezian succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 81st playminute. In the 85th minute, Valiente Venezian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cercadinho fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. After 87 played minutes Cercadinho got a freekick which was hit by Claudinei Pirani. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Valiente Venezian sped through Xiboquinha FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rony Zanette. When the final whistle sounded Cercadinho left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Xiboquinha FC.
