After 13 played minutes Teresópolis F.C got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Eduardo Rocha. Velcho Rolanski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacob Preuss in the 14th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Teresópolis F.C's Velcho Rolanski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guto Tasso in the 71st minute of play. After 78 played minutes Xiboquinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Kléberson Sanches. Velcho Rolanski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrey Villasante in the 81st minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Sílvio Favoretto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Velcho Rolanski. Teresópolis F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sílvio Favoretto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Xiboquinha FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
