With a couple of smart ball manuevers Percival Mello in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giovani Corrêa saved Lakers FC from getting behind. Clóvis Velloso shot from long distance in the 16th minute, but Francisco Freire was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Giovani Corrêa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Percival Mello in the 17th minute of play. Giovani Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Percival Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giovani Corrêa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Percival Mello, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Acácio Lucas kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Oséas Capixaba was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a little luck, Pakovah F.C.'s Francisco Freire got control of the ball when Tiago Eger tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lakers FC's Giovani Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Luís Quintal in the 38th minute of play. David Pena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Lakers FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Ronaldo Paes hit a great ball. In the 46th minute of the match Sílvio Luís Quintal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Giovani Corrêa skillfully saved the ball. Francisco Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Cardoso in the 48th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Haroldo Cardoso to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Pakovah F.C.'s Richard da Cunha got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 57 minutes, Raí Fonseca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lakers FC and the Pakovah F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Pakovah F.C. booed when Lakers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raí Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sílvio Luís Quintal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Giovani Corrêa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Haroldo Cardoso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Francisco Freire. Pakovah F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Haroldo Cardoso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Pakovah F.C.'s Percival Mello got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 70th minute, Percival Mello fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 74th match minute, Pakovah F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Pena to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisco Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Cardoso in the 81st minute of play. Haroldo Cardoso scored 2-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Francisco Freire, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 90th minute, Sílvio Luís Quintal sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Lakers FC's Giovani Corrêa didn't even have to move. The crowd rose to their feet as Percival Mello kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Giovani Corrêa. That made the score 2-2 in the 93 minute of play.
