With a little luck, Pakovah F.C.'s Francisco Freire got control of the ball when Válbson Sarmento tried to sneak it across the goal line. Francisco Freire was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rogério Carneiro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 19 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Percival Mello in the 22nd minute of play forced Matadores FC's goalkeeper Aloísio Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute of the match Matadores FC got a corner. Pakovah F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The audience thought a goal was coming when Válbson Sarmento got free with Francisco Freire in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Francisco Freire made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Nilton Fontes sent off a good shot on target. 41 minutes into the match, Matadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Acácio Lucas came free, but Aloísio Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aloísio Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Acácio Lucas, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Matadores FC's Nilton Fontes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Francisco Freire. That made the score 4-0 after 43 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nilton Fontes to make the kick off. Francisco Freire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilton Fontes in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, Matadores FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Válbson Sarmento to maneuver through the defense. Matadores FC's Aloísio Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Luís Quintal in the 60th minute of play. Pakovah F.C.'s Francisco Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Válbson Sarmento in the 64th minute of play. Matadores FC's Aloísio Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Acácio Lucas in the 66th minute of play. Francisco Freire didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nilton Fontes went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Gernando Hermes's late challenge caught a Pakovah F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gernando Hermes helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pakovah F.C. getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Décio Hermes hit a great ball. After 91 played minutes Matadores FC got a freekick which was hit by Gernando Hermes. Pakovah F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sílvio Luís Quintal in the 94th minute. After taking down the ball on Pakovah F.C.'s corner Sílvio Luís Quintal fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aloísio Abreu quite easily take care of the ball.
