The crowd rose to their feet as Saiko FC's Fábio Torres slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dieguinho Nunes. That made the score 1-0 after 34 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eliseu Fonseca was the one to do the kick off. Dieguinho Nunes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When 姚旭杰 came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Saiko FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 姚旭杰 couldn't finish the play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dieguinho Nunes prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
