Lucca F.C's Tarcisio Mattos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léo Vianna in the 14th minute of play. Léo Vianna might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tarcisio Mattos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Léo Vianna ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léo Vianna in the 16th minute of play forced Lucca F.C's goalkeeper Tarcisio Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Léo Vianna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tarcisio Mattos having to make a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Léo Vianna to make the kick off. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lucca F.C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nas Horas Vagas F.C.
