Benjamin Sampaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelino Domingues in the 35th minute of the match. Jonas Nóbrega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to FairPlay FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Luiz Fabiano Munhoz hit a great ball. In the 41st minute of the match Adelino Domingues sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benjamin Sampaio skillfully saved the ball. Lucca F.C's Tarcisio Mattos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacá Fonseca in the 70th minute of play. Tenho Sorter was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 72 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FairPlay FC's Tenho Sorter got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Ricardo Catarinense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Sampaio having to interfere. When the match was over Lucca F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FairPlay FC throughout the match.
