In the 10th minute, Tiadoro Buseth made a precise shot to the right of Cauan Lima. União Independente's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 14 minutes into the match, Mosqueteiros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Basílio Cunha came free, but Marcelinho Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cauan Lima was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcelinho Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basílio Cunha in the 27th minute of play. The supporters of União Independente booed when Mosqueteiros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nico Loureiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Negri hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. When Vicente Maciel came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Mosqueteiros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vicente Maciel couldn't finish the play. Michel Toledo scored 0-6 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cauan Lima, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elder Eger's late challenge caught a Mosqueteiros FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elder Eger helped the player get up and apologised. Mosqueteiros FC's Ramiro Furlan was substituted for Michel Toledo. Josef Záruba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Cauan Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cauan Lima made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Tiadoro Buseth sent off a good shot on target. Tiadoro Buseth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Cauan Lima made a huge save. In the 70th minute Basílio Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelinho Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. União Independente's Cauan Lima proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save União Independente from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd minute, Tiadoro Buseth made a precise shot to the right of Cauan Lima. União Independente's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. Mosqueteiros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Elano Arantes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thanks to some nice moves Tiadoro Buseth could shoot a difficult shot in the 92nd minute, which Cauan Lima however easily saved by the left post.
