Luisão Seco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Robinho de Sena when he managed to save the team from getting behind. FERRARI's Cesar Godet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danial Benson in the 17th minute of play. Joakim Nyman might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cesar Godet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joakim Nyman ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th minute, Haroldo de Barros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FERRARI getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Serginho Maciel hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Danial Benson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FERRARI's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Serginho Maciel in the 37th minute. The corner ended in Serginho Maciel almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but 20 de Março FC's Robinho de Sena did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joakim Nyman in the 39th minute of play forced FERRARI's goalkeeper Cesar Godet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, 20 de Março FC's Joakim Nyman got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Cesar Godet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Alves in the 45th minute of the match. Luisão Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Robinho de Sena made a huge save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariano Ibañez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FERRARI booed when 20 de Março FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edu de Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cesar Godet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joakim Nyman in the 57th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FERRARI's zone, Danial Benson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cesar Godet came out of the goal and Danial Benson tried to chip the ball over his head. When Luisão Seco came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the FERRARI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luisão Seco couldn't finish the play. Cesar Godet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joakim Nyman in the 87th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute 20 de Março FC were awarded a corner. Danial Benson went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Danial Benson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cesar Godet quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The FERRARI fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when FERRARI's Mariano Ibañez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 20 de Março FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing FERRARI to leave the ground with a draw.
