Luís Fernando Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Kryspin Sniegowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lenílson Peres in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cléber Maciel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tanabi.E.C.'s Cléber Maciel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lenílson Peres in the 41st minute of play. After having played for 43 minutes, Baltazar Netto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tanabi.E.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Baltazar Netto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
