José Vítor Cabral charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Vítor Cabral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 6 minutes into the match, Hortêncio Montenegro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Patrick Martins, 1-0. Rui Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Patrick Martins made a huge save. Juan Diniz lost his temper 10 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Patro F C fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 10th minute. Penalty! 2-0 came through a penalty shot after 12 played minutes, when Inazuma Japan:s Eliseu Dante calmly waited for Patro F C:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. 15 minutes into the match, Patro F C's goal looked a bit too open when Hortêncio Montenegro came free, but Patrick Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th play minute Antônio Aguiar came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Patrick Martins. 3-0. Zé Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Salgado in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Inazuma Japan's Hortêncio Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Martins made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Zé Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Salgado in the 28th minute of play. Zé Vieira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfredo Salgado went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. 36 minutes into the match, Inazuma Japan's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Salgado came free, but Zé Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antônio Aguiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antônio Aguiar got free with Patrick Martins in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Antônio Aguiar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Patrick Martins. That made the score 5-1 in the 42 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antônio Aguiar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dráusio Velloso hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 52nd minute, Dito Madureira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrick Martins was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. After 61 minutes of play, Inazuma Japan's Antônio Aguiar made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrick Martins was left in no man's land by his defense there! Inazuma Japan made a substitution. Fred Cardozo replaced Hortêncio Montenegro. In the 69th minute, Caio Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patrick Martins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fred Cardozo went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-1 was the resulting score. 82 minutes into the game, Inazuma Japan's Erasmo de Sena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Martins made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-1. Patrick Martins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adilson Ramalho went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-1 was the resulting score. Patrick Martins came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Inazuma Japan's Abelardo da Fonseca. But to his dismay, Abelardo da Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-1. In the 92nd minute Dito Madureira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Martins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abelardo da Fonseca hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. 96 minutes into the match, Fred Cardozo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrick Martins. Patro F C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fred Cardozo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-1. There was no doubt that Inazuma Japan were the better team. Inazuma Japan's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
