Frances Yeste was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 16th play minutes 余永川 shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Frances Yeste and just under the crossbar into goal. Frances Yeste came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's 余永川. But to his dismay, 余永川 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After 23 minutes of play, Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Gwidon Cwojdak made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frances Yeste was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th minute 余永川 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frances Yeste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 余永川 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by 余永川 in the 29th minute of play forced Xinosfreba 13's goalkeeper Frances Yeste to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Eduardo Breckenfeld hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Xinosfreba 13's zone, Oswaldo Maranhense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frances Yeste came out of the goal and Oswaldo Maranhense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th minute, Valeriu Toacsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gwidon Cwojdak who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Frances Yeste when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 44 played minutes Xinosfreba 13 got a freekick which was hit by Afonsinho Custódio. Oswaldo Maranhense took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Frances Yeste. Xinosfreba 13's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Frances Yeste didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gwidon Cwojdak went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

After some careless play in the Xinosfreba 13 defense, 余永川 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frances Yeste. The Xinosfreba 13 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frances Yeste should have stopped the shot. Frances Yeste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Ibar, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Oswaldo Maranhense in the 56th minute. After a rather tough play, Xinosfreba 13's Sebastião Veiga got a free kick in the 59th minute. Xinosfreba 13's Frances Yeste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 余永川 in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to Xinosfreba 13 getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Afonsinho Custódio hit a great ball. Frances Yeste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 余永川 in the 64th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 余永川 in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frances Yeste prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If 余永川 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Frances Yeste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 余永川, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 75 minutes into the match, Gwidon Cwojdak notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Xinosfreba 13's Frances Yeste. Frances Yeste was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Cristi Saron was substituted for Oswaldo Maranhense. Xinosfreba 13's Frances Yeste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwidon Cwojdak in the 80th minute of play. After 81 minutes, Laércio Dionísio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Xinosfreba 13 and the Cruzeiro Esporte Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd match minute, Xinosfreba 13 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laércio Dionísio to maneuver through the defense. After 82 played minutes, Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Luiz Guilherme Cearense shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Frances Yeste came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cruzeiro Esporte Clube reached it. Xinosfreba 13's Adriano Prestes was substituted for Afonsinho Custódio. Gwidon Cwojdak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Adriano Prestes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube had played much better football throughout.
