Frances Yeste took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Turres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severino Turres in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frances Yeste prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frances Yeste didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Severino Turres went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. After the first half Academia Santista CIMZ were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felipe Nerio to strike the kick off in the second half. Frances Yeste made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severino Turres in the 53rd minute. If Cao Jian Feng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Felipe Nerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Sebastião Veiga fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xinosfreba 13's protests and gave Sebastião Veiga a yellow card for diving instead. Sebastião Veiga hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. If Felipe Nerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Academia Santista CIMZ's Severino Turres got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Laércio Dionísio's late challenge caught a Academia Santista CIMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Laércio Dionísio helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Xinosfreba 13 getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Laércio Dionísio hit a great ball. In the 78th minute of the match Sergios Ramos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frances Yeste showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Frances Yeste stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Nerio's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Felipe Nerio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 0-7 became the score in the 85th minute when Rafael Baptista elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Felipe Nerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frances Yeste having to interfere. Academia Santista CIMZ's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
