Christiano de Sena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Helge Almkvist in the 72nd minute. Zézinho Paraíba was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Marcos Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tião Zanette hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Jumentus's zone, Helge Almkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christiano de Sena came out of the goal and Helge Almkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jumentus were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Palmeiras de Plantão for a fine match.
