Davi Paraense came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Diamante Negro DK - VV's Wiliam Perez. But to his dismay, Wiliam Perez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Willian Félix took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Davi Paraense. Davi Paraense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 14th minute, Wiliam Perez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Davi Paraense was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After 19 minutes, Prudencio Maju made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Diamante Negro DK - VV's Rogério Ceni tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Davi Paraense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiliam Perez, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the game, Wiliam Perez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Davi Paraense was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Diamante Negro DK - VV's Rogério Ceni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Maju in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Prudencio Maju shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogério Ceni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Davi Paraense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wiliam Perez's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Bruninho Zanette could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Rogério Ceni made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wiliam Perez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, Diamante Negro DK - VV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willian Félix to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Diamante Negro DK - VV booed when Spanta Praga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Vergílio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th match minute, Spanta Praga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Vergílio to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Eriberto Vergílio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, Diamante Negro DK - VV's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Maju came free, but Rogério Ceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diamante Negro DK - VV made a substitution. Hugo Zonta replaced Willian Félix. In the 76th minute, Victor Silva reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Davi Paraense. The goal made the score 1-8. If Villarreal Ubach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Diamante Negro DK - VV's Nelson Abraão got his second yellow card of the match in the 88th minute. The referee ordered Nelson Abraão off the ground. After a rather tough play, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Nelson Abraão got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute, Villarreal Ubach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Diamante Negro DK - VV had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
