The PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that John Osomo should have stopped the shot. Tassos Koutsoubos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. John Osomo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. John Osomo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tassos Koutsoubos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Didi de Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Örjan Björkdahl in the 16th minute of the match. Bergamim F.C.'s Didi de Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Örjan Björkdahl in the 18th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Egemen Aldemir got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Didi de Moraes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some careless play in the Bergamim F.C. defense, Örjan Björkdahl kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Didi de Moraes. The Bergamim F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Didi de Moraes should have stopped the shot. John Osomo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tassos Koutsoubos in the 27th minute of play. Frans Larsfelt's late challenge caught a Bergamim F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frans Larsfelt helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bergamim F.C. booed when PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frans Larsfelt didn't get a good kick on the ball. John Osomo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tassos Koutsoubos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Edgard Dubardo in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But to his dismay, Lando Guazo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's John Osomo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lando Guazo in the 40th minute of play. Edgard Dubardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bergamim F.C.'s Lando Guazo got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Örjan Björkdahl looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Örjan Björkdahl in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Didi de Moraes saved Bergamim F.C. from getting behind. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bergamim F.C.'s goalkeeper Didi de Moraes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Örjan Björkdahl in the 63rd minute of play forced Bergamim F.C.'s goalkeeper Didi de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudinei Peixoto's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but John Osomo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Didi de Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Örjan Björkdahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bergamim F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Egemen Aldemir was slow to take the kick. During this time PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Bergamim F.C. booed when PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Ortiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bergamim F.C.'s zone, Örjan Björkdahl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Didi de Moraes came out of the goal and Örjan Björkdahl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudinei Peixoto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, John Osomo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, John Osomo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. It was beautiful to see Bergamim F.C.'s Tassos Koutsoubos in action when he in the 91st minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Bergamim F.C. were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
