Barra Gol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robustiano Clementi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute Vista Alegre FC were awarded a corner. Igor Souza went to the cornerflag to take it. Robustiano Clementi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Robustiano Clementi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robustiano Clementi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barra Gol having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Marco Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronaldo de Moraes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Perivaldo Freire in the 25th minute. Barra Gol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robustiano Clementi got free with Barra Gol in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 54 minutes of play, Vista Alegre FC's Robustiano Clementi made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Barra Gol was left in no man's land by his defense there! 58 minutes into the match, Vista Alegre FC's goal looked a bit too open when Perivaldo Freire came free, but Ronaldo de Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barra Gol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robustiano Clementi in the 60th minute. Robustiano Clementi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Barra Gol having to make a save. Vista Alegre FC's Elias Proença was substituted for Jordy Hoes. Vista Alegre FC's Dudu Magalhães was substituted for Zé Paulo Neves. Vista Alegre FC's Robustiano Clementi got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Barra Gol was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Primitivo Ibar kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Åke Jönsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Vista Alegre FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
