Leopoldo Loureiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Guilherme Matorin made a huge save. Dal 3ello were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after PRIMUS INC FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Diogo Dal Bello took the corner. In the 25th minute, Hugo Lamonica fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Guilherme Matorin, passed just outside the right post. Guilherme Matorin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davi Dal Bello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Igor Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John John in the 29th minute of the match. Guilherme Matorin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davi Dal Bello in the 36th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Davi Dal Bello in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guilherme Matorin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, PRIMUS INC FC's Guilherme Matorin got control of the ball when Davi Dal Bello tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
