The audience thought a goal was coming when Billy Sandström got free with Pedro Luiz Sergipano in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Billy Sandström came free with the goalkeeper in the 8th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pedro Luiz Sergipano could save by the left post. In the 11th minute Ismael de Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Pilgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael de Andrade in the 11th minute of play forced BANDOLEIROS osasco's goalkeeper Karl Pilgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute of the match Reinaldo Paranaense shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karl Pilgren showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 26 minutes into the match, FLU ES fc's goalkeeper Pedro Luiz Sergipano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Billy Sandström. If Alvaro Lupi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, FLU ES fc's goal looked a bit too open when Maicon Marinho came free, but Pedro Luiz Sergipano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
