With a little luck, Galo do Cerrado's Vicente Barbosa got control of the ball when Neto Queraria tried to sneak it across the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Marco Löhr cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Vicente Barbosa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abram Cadabra scored 2-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vicente Barbosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Löhr in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Barbosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gildo Pimenta hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Nando Lara might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vicente Barbosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nando Lara ran back to his position shaking his head. 33 minutes into the match, Galo do Cerrado's goalkeeper Vicente Barbosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Neto Queraria. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Löhr in the 42nd minute of play forced Galo do Cerrado's goalkeeper Vicente Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42ndth minute of the game Ronaldo Joinvilense who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galo do Cerrado's Vicente Barbosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Vicente Barbosa managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Wolves FC - DMZ's Ronaldo Joinvilense fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 44th match minute, Galo do Cerrado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noel Lima to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Galo do Cerrado defense, Neto Queraria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vicente Barbosa. The Galo do Cerrado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vicente Barbosa should have stopped the shot.

Vicente Barbosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nando Lara in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Galo do Cerrado's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Joinvilense came free, but Vicente Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute Nando Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Galo do Cerrado's goal looked a bit too open when Nando Lara came free, but Vicente Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nando Lara in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vicente Barbosa saved Galo do Cerrado from getting behind. In the 64th minute of the match, Sebastian Drewitz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Guillen Aguillar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 64th minute, Sebastian Drewitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guillen Aguillar was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. The audience was convinced that Marco Löhr's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vicente Barbosa was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. A collision led to Galo do Cerrado getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ruslan Izmanã hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Marco Löhr had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vicente Barbosa. Galo do Cerrado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marco Löhr was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. After a defensive mix-up in Wolves FC - DMZ's zone, Sebastian Drewitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guillen Aguillar came out of the goal and Sebastian Drewitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Löhr in the 79th minute of play forced Galo do Cerrado's goalkeeper Vicente Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Galo do Cerrado's Vicente Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nando Lara in the 83rd minute of play. Beto dos Santos struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Guillen Aguillar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galo do Cerrado. Guillen Aguillar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beto dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Galo do Cerrado defense, Neto Queraria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vicente Barbosa. The Galo do Cerrado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vicente Barbosa should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neto Queraria in the 94th minute of play forced Galo do Cerrado's goalkeeper Vicente Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vicente Barbosa came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Wolves FC - DMZ's Nando Lara. But to his dismay, Nando Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. When the referee ended the match the Wolves FC - DMZ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
