With a little luck, C.A. RIBEIRÃO's Shi Yong Xiang got control of the ball when Ricardo Dias tried to sneak it across the goal line. C.A. RIBEIRÃO's Shi Yong Xiang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo da Fonseca in the 25th minute of play. After 27 minutes C.A. RIBEIRÃO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wang Wei Sha who took care of the corner kick. Buritama Sports's Wang Wei Sha was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Shi Yong Xiang in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.
