José Luis Heidemann made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Altan Miro sent off a good shot on target. La Zorro Negro were furious when Luciano de Queirós was red carded, 36 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for La Zorro Negro! Altan Miro shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Altan Miro in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. La Zorro Negro's Rigoberto Piearres was substituted for Antony Bruno. José Luis Heidemann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Altan Miro's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. After 56 minutes of play, Asilo do Teco's Altan Miro made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Luis Heidemann was left in no man's land by his defense there! Altan Miro might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Luis Heidemann. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Altan Miro ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Altan Miro in the 59th minute of play forced La Zorro Negro's goalkeeper José Luis Heidemann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Altan Miro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without José Luis Heidemann having to make a save. Faustão Cosme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rigoberto Piearres in the 65th minute. Altan Miro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Luis Heidemann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play.
