With an all-out effort, Xv de Piracicaba's 狄雄鸿 threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alfredo Rocchi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramon Menezes in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 狄雄鸿 saved Capivara from getting behind. Leandro Cosme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sebastian Sandberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Cosme in the 13th minute of play. When Capivara's Leandro Cosme in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Leandro Cosme notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Xv de Piracicaba's Sebastian Sandberg. Sebastian Sandberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Capivara's 狄雄鸿 got control of the ball when Ramon Menezes tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Capivara getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ramone Cabrini hit a great ball. In the 34th match minute, Capivara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Cosme to maneuver through the defense. Ander Uibomäe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 狄雄鸿 having to make a save. Leandro Cosme kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 45th minute of the match, Alfredo Rocchi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but 狄雄鸿 saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Alfredo Rocchi made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leandro Cosme in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastian Sandberg saved Xv de Piracicaba from getting behind. 狄雄鸿 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ander Uibomäe, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Capivara's Leandro Cosme got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xv de Piracicaba's Sebastian Sandberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar Fix in the 64th minute of play. Capivara's Douglas Vallgren suffered a sore thigh after 65 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 66 minutes, Frank Corrêa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Xv de Piracicaba and the Capivara players grew even worse after the yellow card. Capivara's Zafer Yalçıner was substituted for Douglas Vallgren. After a rather tough play, Xv de Piracicaba's Frank Corrêa got a free kick in the 67th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Capivara's goal looked a bit too open when Ander Uibomäe came free, but 狄雄鸿 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Xv de Piracicaba's goalkeeper Sebastian Sandberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Capivara's 狄雄鸿 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Menezes in the 74th minute of play. A collision led to Capivara getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Delmar Fix hit a great ball. 狄雄鸿 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ander Uibomäe in the 79th minute of the match. Ander Uibomäe kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. 狄雄鸿 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Rocchi, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute, Delmar Fix made a precise shot to the right of Sebastian Sandberg. Xv de Piracicaba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. In the 92nd minute, Leandro Cosme left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Capivara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. Although Xv de Piracicaba had been in control for most of the match, Capivara still came away with the win.
