Miki Moco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mai Chuan in the 4th minute of play. Leonardo Soares's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Miki Moco firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 16th minute Gabi Orange shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miki Moco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dedé Vergílio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Best Taffarel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Club do Inrrá's Miki Moco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabi Orange in the 20th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dedé Vergílio in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Best Taffarel saved Muqui FC from getting behind. Best Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 蔡银峰, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute, Dedé Vergílio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club do Inrrá fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 29th minute, Mauro Eate hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club do Inrrá's Dedé Vergílio got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When 蔡银峰 fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club do Inrrá's protests and gave 蔡银峰 a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Muqui FC booed when Club do Inrrá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. 蔡银峰 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miki Moco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabi Orange, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute, Bæringur Gylfason hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute, Mai Chuan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Miki Moco. The goal made the score 1-1. Club do Inrrá's Miki Moco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Club do Inrrá from getting a goal against them. In the 38th minute Gabi Orange shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miki Moco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabi Orange in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miki Moco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st minute Dedé Vergílio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Best Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Muqui FC's goalkeeper Best Taffarel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 44 minutes Muqui FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Urban Nyberg who took care of the corner kick. Club do Inrrá's 蔡银峰 was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Best Taffarel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gabi Orange stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, one of Muqui FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Best Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dedé Vergílio in the 59th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Club do Inrrá's Leo Jonasson got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute, Leo Jonasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mauro Eate hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute Patrick Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miki Moco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute of the match Muqui FC got a corner. Club do Inrrá's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mauro Eate ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Matheus Brodel to score against Miki Moco in Club do Inrrá's goal. 2-2 after 76 minutes. 82 minutes into the match, Muqui FC's goal looked a bit too open when 蔡银峰 came free, but Best Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87 played minutes Muqui FC got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Amaral. Miki Moco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Dedé Vergílio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Muqui FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
