Ernesto Rossetti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Armando Cerezo made a huge save. After the first half S.C.CHUÍ were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

S.C.CHUÍ's Armando Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dénes Ábrahám in the 53rd minute of play. Válbson Sergipano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joris Scheer in the 69th minute of the match. In the 72nd match minute, Mazomba SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Paulo Meirelles to maneuver through the defense. After 84 minutes of play, S.C.CHUÍ's Bernardinho Abreu made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
