Wilian Bueno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petre Spânu in the 9th minute of the match. After 11 minutes ARS FUTEBOL's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dadá Neto who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Villas Matilde's Dadá Neto to fire away a dangerous shot which Wilian Bueno despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 16 minutes of play, Villas Matilde's Rodolfo Barbosa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilian Bueno was left in no man's land by his defense there! Remus Iorda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the match, ARS FUTEBOL's goal looked a bit too open when Petre Spânu came free, but Wilian Bueno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Villas Matilde were awarded a corner. Dadá Neto went to the cornerflag to take it. Villas Matilde's Glauco Cearense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Villas Matilde from getting a goal against them. Glauco Cearense made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Camillo Fabrizio sent off a good shot on target. 33 minutes into the match, Villas Matilde's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Pistol came free, but Glauco Cearense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Glauco Cearense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Pistol, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. ARS FUTEBOL's Wilian Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petre Spânu in the 44th minute of play. Lluciano Zamora hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Dadá Neto was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 47th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mátyás Borbás to make the kick off. When Mátyás Borbás came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the ARS FUTEBOL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mátyás Borbás couldn't finish the play. Glauco Cearense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mátyás Borbás, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute Samuca de Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glauco Cearense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Villas Matilde's goalkeeper Glauco Cearense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mei Jing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilian Bueno having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Petre Spânu got free with Wilian Bueno in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 81 minutes into the match, Remus Iorda dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wilian Bueno, 0-4. Glauco Cearense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Pistol, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Glauco Cearense didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luisito Pistol went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Villas Matilde's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
