They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rio Arinos made a substitution. Toro Grana replaced Ren Yang Bang. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tana Rede to make the kick off. Kęstutis Raziulis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tana Rede, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Granadero10's goalkeeper Alfredinho Cavalcante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vítor Antunes got free with Kęstutis Raziulis in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rio Arinos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vítor Antunes was slow to take the kick. During this time Granadero10's players had a chance to rest. Alfredinho Cavalcante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Paiva in the 62nd minute of play. In the 72nd minute of the match, Fredrik Masculier got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kęstutis Raziulis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Dracena in the 85th minute of play forced Granadero10's goalkeeper Alfredinho Cavalcante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Granadero10 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
