Luiz Gustavo Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardinho Sharkin having to interfere. Kaká Pontes scored 1-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aloísio Perez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in E.C Stadander City 1965's zone, Kaká Pontes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aloísio Perez came out of the goal and Kaká Pontes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Carlos da Costa came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the E.C Stadander City 1965 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos da Costa couldn't finish the play. Venancio Olayo made in the 27th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Luiz Gustavo Sena immediately put the ball in play. Aloísio Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Novak Djokovic, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaká Pontes in the 32nd minute of play forced E.C Stadander City 1965's goalkeeper Aloísio Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Luiz Gustavo Sena came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the E.C Stadander City 1965 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Gustavo Sena couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

TaTeRo Boys's Ronaldão Félix managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Venancio Olayo in the 50 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Gustavo Sena in the 54th minute of play forced TaTeRo Boys's goalkeeper Bernardinho Sharkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Novak Djokovic could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Aloísio Perez made a huge save. Novak Djokovic struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Aloísio Perez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TaTeRo Boys. Aloísio Perez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Min Hero in the 64th minute. In the 71st minute, Luiz Gustavo Sena ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernardinho Sharkin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Aloísio Perez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Aloísio Perez made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Min Hero sent off a good shot on target. Christer Lindqvist got a throw-in 83 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Novak Djokovic. In the 93rd minute Novak Djokovic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aloísio Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Novak Djokovic blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aloísio Perez having to make a save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The E.C Stadander City 1965 fans cheered their team off the field, for while TaTeRo Boys had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
