After having played for 54 minutes, Evandro Penha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Porvir FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evandro Penha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Parfrente FC! In the 61st match minute, Parfrente FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chiquinho Amorim to maneuver through the defense. Chiquinho Amorim hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the game, Evandro Penha recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zé Pedro Marinho. Evandro Penha showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. João Augusto Soeiro came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Parfrente FC's Gildo Tinoco. But to his dismay, Gildo Tinoco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in Porvir FC's zone, Dom Erik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Augusto Soeiro came out of the goal and Dom Erik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. João Augusto Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dom Erik, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Flávio de Sena struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. João Augusto Soeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Parfrente FC. Porvir FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
