Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Santana in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Egídio Quirino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Galo do Japi's attentive Durvalino Caca-Rato managed to snatch the ball when Isaak Dal Bello made a throw-in in the 18th minute of the game. Carlos Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Galo do Japi's Ronaldo Giovanelli got control of the ball when Keno Pavon tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Keno Pavon got free with Ronaldo Giovanelli in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Galo do Japi's Nilmar Mota managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Isaak Dal Bello in the 32 minute of the game. Carlos Santana kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in A.A.100Qualidade's zone, Carlos Santana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egídio Quirino came out of the goal and Carlos Santana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lúcio Magalhães in the 38th minute of play forced Galo do Japi's goalkeeper Ronaldo Giovanelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Renato Saraiva in the 39th minute of play forced A.A.100Qualidade's goalkeeper Egídio Quirino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egídio Quirino came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Galo do Japi's Paulo Renato Saraiva. But to his dismay, Paulo Renato Saraiva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Carlos Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Egídio Quirino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Santana in the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Keno Pavon made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Carlos Santana took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Egídio Quirino to make any attempt to save it. Isaak Dal Bello charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaak Dal Bello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isaak Dal Bello hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Ronaldo Giovanelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lúcio Magalhães in the 62nd minute of play. Egídio Quirino had great luck who in the 68thth minute grab hold of the ball when Carlos Santana from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. If Carlos Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Egídio Quirino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Santana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronaldo Giovanelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lúcio Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When Galo do Japi's Carlos Santana in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A collision led to A.A.100Qualidade getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Antony Elias hit a great ball.
