When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cléber Dias made a kick off. After 54 minutes of play, AVAÍ F.C.'s Dario Alegría made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anastasio Sol was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcos Buffon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. AVAÍ F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
