Otávio Sanches showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bass Dost in the 15th minute of the match. Se7e's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jean Ramos in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute of the match Se7e got a corner. Slavo FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jean Ramos ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Guri Maroto heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. When João Magalhães came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Se7e fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Magalhães couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bass Dost in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Otávio Sanches prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute, Wiliam Figueiredo made a precise shot to the right of Lázár Erdélyi. Se7e's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 32 minutes into the match, Slavo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bass Dost came free, but Otávio Sanches reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Slavo FC's Otávio Sanches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bass Dost in the 32nd minute of play. Lázár Erdélyi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiliam Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Fernandinho Bezerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. Otávio Sanches showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guri Maroto, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Se7e's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Jorginho Fonseca hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wiliam Figueiredo got free with Lázár Erdélyi in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 73rd minute of the game, Clóvis Pinheiro landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. During the 73rd minute of the match Jorginho Fonseca completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jorginho Fonseca a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The Se7e supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Slavo FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Slavo FC.
