Durval Messias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernani Montenegro in the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernani Montenegro in the 24th minute of play forced Coritiba Foot Ball Club's goalkeeper Durval Messias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Ernani Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Durval Messias. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernani Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 69th minute, LOBO 1908's Ernani Montenegro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Durval Messias. Durval Messias yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Prudencio Ixidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, LOBO 1908's Prudencio Ixidor dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. 91 minutes into the match, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Ixidor came free, but Durval Messias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over LOBO 1908 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Coritiba Foot Ball Club throughout the match.
