Spectators: 7997 (Terracing: 5999, Seating: 1839, VIP seats: 159) Evaristo Porto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd match minute, FEARP FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manoel Gomes to maneuver through the defense. When Clemente Leal fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AnÐaRaHy's protests and gave Clemente Leal a yellow card for diving instead. Osvaldo Velasco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Cruz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. FEARP FC's Valério Donatello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurício Bittencourt in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Evaristo Porto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Henrique Almeida blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valério Donatello having to make a save. Valério Donatello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrique Almeida in the 14th minute of play. After having played for 16 minutes, Osvaldo Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FEARP FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osvaldo Velasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 19th minute Maurício Bittencourt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valério Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute of the match, Dito Mineiro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bruno Cruz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 21st minute, Henrique Almeida ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valério Donatello was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Henrique Almeida blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valério Donatello having to make a save. 29 minutes into the match, FEARP FC's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Almeida came free, but Valério Donatello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valério Donatello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrique Almeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The supporters of AnÐaRaHy booed when FEARP FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rubens Abraão didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, FEARP FC's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Almeida came free, but Valério Donatello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by FEARP FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vânderson Falcão was slow to take the kick. During this time AnÐaRaHy's players had a chance to rest. The corner led AnÐaRaHy's Eskil Gustafsson to fire away a dangerous shot which Valério Donatello despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, AnÐaRaHy's Henrique Almeida got a free kick in the 44th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maurício Bittencourt was the one to do the kick off. Henrique Almeida could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Valério Donatello made a huge save. After 60 minutes of play, FEARP FC's Osvaldo Velasco made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Cruz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vivaldo Guerra kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. When AnÐaRaHy's Maurício Bittencourt in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FEARP FC's goalie prevented a goal. Valério Donatello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurício Bittencourt in the 66th minute of the match. FEARP FC's Décio Cardoso was substituted for Delfim Arce. A collision led to AnÐaRaHy getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Elder Brasil hit a great ball. FEARP FC's Valério Donatello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurício Bittencourt in the 77th minute of play. In the 86th minute Maurício Bittencourt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valério Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dito Mineiro scored 2-3 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Cruz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
