An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcel Branco in the 4th minute of play forced Voyager Soccer Team's goalkeeper Waldemar Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 4 minutes into the match, Voyager Soccer Team's goal looked a bit too open when Marcel Branco came free, but Waldemar Quintal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waldemar Quintal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Siqueira in the 5th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Elias Siqueira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waldemar Quintal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 16 minutes into the game, Emil Belu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Arsenal de Gols F.C's Isak Kongegaard quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Elias Siqueira might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Waldemar Quintal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elias Siqueira ran back to his position shaking his head. Waldemar Quintal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Siqueira in the 16th minute of play. Marcelo Gröhe made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Dênis Marques sent off a good shot on target. Dênis Marques could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Marcelo Gröhe made a huge save. Marcelo Gröhe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piotr Rybak, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Dênis Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Gröhe having to interfere. Elias Siqueira took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waldemar Quintal. Waldemar Quintal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 37 minutes in the game Gerson da Cunha did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Bai Kun Yang. Marcel Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bai Kun Yang was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Voyager Soccer Team's Waldemar Quintal got control of the ball when Allan Silm tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Marcel Branco could shoot a difficult shot in the 55th minute, which Waldemar Quintal however easily saved by the left post. Arsenal de Gols F.C's Jan-Joost Grootjans was substituted for Fábio Secco. In the 60th minute, Cezary Ankiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 61 played minutes Voyager Soccer Team got a freekick which was hit by Cezary Ankiewicz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcel Branco in the 62nd minute of play forced Voyager Soccer Team's goalkeeper Waldemar Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Voyager Soccer Team's Waldemar Quintal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcel Branco in the 64th minute of play. A collision led to Voyager Soccer Team getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Jefferson do Valle hit a great ball. Waldemar Quintal was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Allan Silm. With a little luck, Voyager Soccer Team's Waldemar Quintal got control of the ball when Mihnea Marchiș tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mihnea Marchiș hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Waldemar Quintal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Alvarenga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Voyager Soccer Team's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Allan Silm scored to the left of an out of position Waldemar Quintal, making the score, 1-3. A collision led to Voyager Soccer Team getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ronaldão Silveira hit a great ball. After 93rd play minutes Raimundo Alvarenga shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Waldemar Quintal and just under the crossbar into goal. The Arsenal de Gols F.C supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Arsenal de Gols F.C would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
