Eustacio Hotz started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Cöpacabana FC booed when Heidemann FC - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Neil Peart didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Vito Leite came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Cöpacabana FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vito Leite couldn't finish the play. Luiz Heidemann was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vito Leite showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Luiz Heidemann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vito Leites short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Luiz Heidemann to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's Patrick Heidemann got a free kick in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Dobromir Brudnicki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luiz Heidemann. Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dobromir Brudnicki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 31 minutes into the game, Talha İstanbul recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luiz Heidemann. Talha İstanbul showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. Neil Peart's late challenge caught a Cöpacabana FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Neil Peart helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Heidemann FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Neil Peart hit a great ball. A hard shot by Talha İstanbul from long distance, 35 minutes into the match, got Luiz Heidemann's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 36 minutes into the match, Vito Leite had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luiz Heidemann. Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vito Leite was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Dobromir Brudnicki took a quick shot and it went in 8-0 without a chance for Luiz Heidemann to make any attempt to save it. Vito Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Heidemann having to interfere. After some careless play in the Heidemann FC - FSCMZ defense, Dobromir Brudnicki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luiz Heidemann. The Heidemann FC - FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luiz Heidemann should have stopped the shot. In the 48th minute Vito Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Heidemann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 9-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vito Leite to strike the kick off in the second half. Vito Leite recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vito Leite in the 52nd minute of play forced Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Luiz Heidemann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's Luiz Heidemann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Talha İstanbul in the 54th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Dobromir Brudnicki came free, but Luiz Heidemann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute Beto Braga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Heidemann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Heidemann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vito Leite in the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Dobromir Brudnicki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luiz Heidemann was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. Beto Braga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luiz Heidemann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Åke Benet, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harald Boman in the 74th minute of play forced Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Luiz Heidemann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig-Åke Benet scored 12-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Heidemann, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luiz Heidemann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dobromir Brudnicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stig-Åke Benet scored 13-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Heidemann, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luiz Heidemann didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dobromir Brudnicki went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 14-0 was the resulting score. In the 93rd minute, Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's Patrick Heidemann seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Patrick Heidemann the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Heidemann FC - FSCMZ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Patrick Heidemann had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 92 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Heidemann FC - FSCMZ! In the 98th minute, Dobromir Brudnicki made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Heidemann. Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 17-0. When the referee ended the match the Cöpacabana FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
