An unexpectedly hard shot by Mitchell Godwin in the 24th minute of play forced Canarinho Atordoado's goalkeeper Dé Mello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dé Mello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mitchell Godwin in the 28th minute of play. In the 31st minute of the match Canarinho Atordoado got a corner. Capivara FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Márcio Seabra ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Capivara FC booed when Canarinho Atordoado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Mota didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dé Mello was a little too slow when Mitchell Godwin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 4-0. Dé Mello was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Neycho Mudrov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Neycho Mudrov really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. Mitchell Godwin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Capivara FC's Péter Pálffy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustave Rat in the 47th minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariusz Fink was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neycho Mudrov in the 52nd minute of play forced Canarinho Atordoado's goalkeeper Dé Mello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Canarinho Atordoado defense, Doriva Tavares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dé Mello. The Canarinho Atordoado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dé Mello should have stopped the shot. Márcio Seabra kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Márcio Seabra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Péter Pálffy made a huge save.
