Guo Ao ran back to his position shaking his head. Roy Makaay struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Umberto Cunha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villaverde Celeste Clube. In the 18th minute, Roy Makaay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villaverde Celeste Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Villaverde Celeste Clube's attentive Dino Manfredi managed to snatch the ball when Rein Rajur made a throw-in in the 21st minute of the game. In the 23rd minute Villaverde Celeste Clube were awarded a corner. Guo Ao went to the cornerflag to take it. 33 minutes into the match, Roy Makaay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Umberto Cunha. Pégasus F. C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roy Makaay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Umberto Cunha came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Villaverde Celeste Clube's Dino Manfredi. But to his dismay, Dino Manfredi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Qiao Ang Le got free with Nenko Reza in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nenko Reza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kurt Groll in the 41st minute. Umberto Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kıraç Uskan in the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Kurt Groll fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kurt Groll made a kick off. Roy Makaay scored 0-4 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Umberto Cunha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Villaverde Celeste Clube getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. William Lucas hit a great ball. Pégasus F. C. made a substitution. Gilberto Soeiro replaced Bebeto Medeiros. Pégasus F. C.'s Samuca Tepedino was substituted for Xande Sharkin. In the 58th match minute, Villaverde Celeste Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William Lucas to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Czornomaz in the 60th minute of play forced Villaverde Celeste Clube's goalkeeper Nenko Reza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Umberto Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Makaay in the 62nd minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Pégasus F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Roy Makaay came free, but Umberto Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nenko Reza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Czornomaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 77th match minute, Pégasus F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Czornomaz to maneuver through the defense. After 79 played minutes Pégasus F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Czornomaz. In the 80thth minute of the game Roy Makaay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pégasus F. C.'s Umberto Cunha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roy Makaay in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Umberto Cunha saved Pégasus F. C. from getting behind. Villaverde Celeste Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Armandinho Xavier in the 82nd minute. In the 85th minute Villaverde Celeste Clube were awarded a corner. Armandinho Xavier went to the cornerflag to take it. Villaverde Celeste Clube's Nenko Reza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Groll in the 87th minute of play. A collision led to Pégasus F. C. getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Adrian Czornomaz hit a great ball.
