In the 4th minute Arif Ozan Sureha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magno Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jukatriz's goalkeeper Oséas Albuquerque, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Amadeu Rocha struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Oséas Albuquerque didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mamutes EC. In the 11th minute Cleto Matxin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magno Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oséas Albuquerque was a little too slow when Dave Panno got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Dave Panno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mamutes EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dave Panno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oséas Albuquerque breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oséas Albuquerque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Panno in the 22nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dave Panno got free with Oséas Albuquerque in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dave Panno might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oséas Albuquerque. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dave Panno ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Panno in the 27th minute of play forced Jukatriz's goalkeeper Oséas Albuquerque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arif Ozan Sureha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 31 played minutes Jukatriz got a freekick which was hit by Eugênio do Vale. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valério Meireles got free with Oséas Albuquerque in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute Cleto Matxin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magno Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Matxin in the 35th minute of play forced Mamutes EC's goalkeeper Magno Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Mamutes EC's goal looked a bit too open when Cássio de Alcântara came free, but Magno Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute, Dave Panno made a precise shot to the right of Oséas Albuquerque. Jukatriz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. If Zeca do Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 42 minutes into the match, Mamutes EC's goal looked a bit too open when Zeca do Valle came free, but Magno Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dave Panno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Oséas Albuquerque made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dave Panno to strike the kick off in the second half. Magno Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio de Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Jukatriz made a substitution. Natanael Furlan replaced Cássio de Alcântara. The audience was convinced that Dave Panno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oséas Albuquerque was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. The supporters of Jukatriz booed when Mamutes EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valério Meireles didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cleto Matxin in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magno Correia saved Mamutes EC from getting behind. If Amadeu Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Magno Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Matxin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 95 played minutes Mamutes EC got a freekick which was hit by Aírton Freire. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mamutes EC had won after a very even match.
