Chiquinho Zonta was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Sacode Football CIMZ's players had a chance to rest. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Chiquinho Zonta was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Magno Correia in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Magno Correia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Douglas Nunes in the 35th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alberto Velasco to make the kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Douglas Nunes couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto Velasco in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magno Correia saved Mamutes EC from getting behind.
