Abel de Godoi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jiang Yu Lin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Yuri da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betinho Lenzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, FALCÕES VERDES's goalkeeper Jiang Yu Lin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Magno Sampaio. FALCÕES VERDES made a substitution. Pietro Santos replaced Gugu Mello. The corner led Olivedos's Luisinho Ceresso to fire away a dangerous shot which Jiang Yu Lin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 81 minutes into the game, one of Olivedos:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jiang Yu Lin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexsandro da Costa went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 92nd minute, Abel de Godoi made a precise shot to the right of Jiang Yu Lin. FALCÕES VERDES's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the FALCÕES VERDES players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Olivedos.
