They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvinho Corrêa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cosme Pere made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvinho Corrêa in the 54th minute. Silvinho Corrêa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Silvinho Corrêa might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cosme Pere. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silvinho Corrêa ran back to his position shaking his head. Silvinho Corrêas short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Cosme Pere to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvinho Corrêa in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cosme Pere saved Dr Lecter SC from getting behind. Ma Wei Jun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zebus FC made a substitution. Rodrigo Azevedo replaced Silvinho Corrêa. Cosme Pere took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the last second Cosme Pere throw himself and got hold of the ball when Rodrigo Azevedo in the 97thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 98th minute of the match Zebus FC got a corner. Dr Lecter SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hermínio Figueiredo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Frédson Lira tried in the game's 98th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Cosme Pere. An annoying self made goal, 1-5. Zebus FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
