Fırat Aytekin came out and tried to block the shot, but Mikail Yerhum slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Mikail Yerhum dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fırat Aytekin, 2-0. If Luisão Corrêa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristiano Lage showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doğuhan Alpaslan in the 23rd minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of Minuim SS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of S.C. Corinthians Paulista:s goal. Mikail Yerhum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Mikail Yerhum scored to the left of an out of position Fırat Aytekin, making the score, 3-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dé Töpper in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristiano Lage prevented the ball from getting in the gole. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Fırat Aytekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikail Yerhum in the 36th minute of play. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Dé Töpper got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Dé Töpper in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Minuim SS were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after S.C. Corinthians Paulista's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marko Krumov took the corner. The corner led Minuim SS's Marko Krumov to fire away a dangerous shot which Fırat Aytekin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mikail Yerhum to make the kick off. When Aimar Alajaan fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Minuim SS's protests and gave Aimar Alajaan a yellow card for diving instead. Aimar Alajaan hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. A long shot from Doğuhan Alpaslan in the 54th minute of play was well struck, but Cristiano Lage made a really good save at the right post. When S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Mehdi Brasselet got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Minuim SS's Luisinho Linhares was substituted for Juninho Reis. In the 74th match minute, S.C. Corinthians Paulista was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehdi Brasselet to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Minuim SS's Cristiano Lage got control of the ball when Tiburcio Marques tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiburcio Marques got free with Cristiano Lage in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute, Tiburcio Marques got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fırat Aytekin was left in no man's land by his defense there! 86 minutes into the match, Luisinho Linhares notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Fırat Aytekin. Fırat Aytekin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 94 played minutes S.C. Corinthians Paulista got a freekick which was hit by Tiburcio Marques. Minuim SS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
